摘要
通过经验计算和模拟计算对比研究了钢芯铝绞线和碳纤维复合芯导线的舞动振幅,并通过纤维复合芯导线舞动模拟试验平台,在不受自然条件约束的情况下实现对导线舞动的模拟,研究舞动张力和舞动次数对碳纤维复合芯导线性能的影响。结果表明,在同一工况下,同截面积碳纤维复合芯导线的舞动振幅明显小于钢芯铝绞线,应用于新建大跨越线路中时抑舞效果显著。此外,碳纤维复合芯导线的铝导体发生舞动疲劳损坏之后,复合芯的拉伸强度保持率>90%以上,证明复合芯抗舞动疲劳性能良好。
The galloping amplitudes of aluminum conductor steel reinforced( ACSR) wire and aluminum conductor composite core( ACCC) wire were studied by empirical calculation and simulate computation. To subtract natural environment background,ACCC wire galloping experimental platform was developed and employed to simulate the influences of galloping tensions and galloping times on the performances of ACCC wires. The results reveal that,under the same working conditions,the galloping amplitudes of ACCC wires( same sectional areas) are smaller than that of ACSR wires,which means that ACCC wires have better galloping-restriction ability when applied to large crossing power lines. Besides,after the galloping damage of aluminum conductor in ACCC wire,the composite cores still have tensile strengths of above 90% which demonstrates the great anti-fatigue ability of ACCC wires.
