摘要 民机复合材料结构的验证需要考虑所用材料、环境、工艺控制、制造缺陷以及运营中的各种损伤等因素。以某民机复合材料后机身适航验证思路和"积木式"试验方法为例,介绍了后机身复合材料结构受环境、损伤、重复载荷等影响的验证方法以及后机身全尺寸试验项目规划,供其他民机复合材料结构适航验证参考。 The certification of composite structural of civil aircraft needs to consider the factors such as the materials used in structures,the environment,process control,manufacturing flaws,and various damages in operations. The airworthiness certification ideal and the approach of "building blocks"experimental plan for the composite rear-fuselage structure of civil aircraft are presented as an example. The certification methods for the effect of environmental sensitivity,damage and repetitive loads,as well as the full-scale test project planning for the rear-fuselage structure,are introduced to provide reference for the airworthiness certification of the composite structure of other civil aircraft.
