Thioredoxin-1在乳腺癌的表达及临床意义的研究
摘要
乳腺癌是一种严重危害女性生命健康的恶性肿瘤，位于女性肿瘤发病率第一位。近年来，乳腺癌的治疗和诊断取得了很大进展，但复发及预后较差，因此亟需探究乳腺癌的发生、发展机制。硫氧还蛋白-1（Thioredoxin-1）可促进非小细胞肺癌中环氧和酶2的过表达，从而参与肿瘤的发生、发展。
