单孔、传统腹腔镜与常规开放阑尾切除手术治疗小儿阑尾炎的效果比较被引量：27

摘要目的分析单孔腹腔镜、传统腹腔镜与常规开放阑尾切除手术的对比观察.方法急性阑尾炎患儿150例随机分为A、B、C组,分别给予单孔腹腔镜手术、传统腹腔镜手术、常规开放阑尾切除手术进行治疗,探究3组患儿各项临床指标的差异性.结果 A组患儿的手术时间多于B、C组,术中出血量少于B、C组,肠道功能恢复时间短于B、C组,住院时间少于B、C组(P<0.05)结论单孔腹腔镜手术治疗急性阑尾炎患儿效果较好.
