摘要
目的:分析自分泌运动因子受体(autocrine motility factor receptor)在乳腺浸润性癌组织及正常乳腺组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用实时定量PCR技术检测51例乳腺癌组织和其对应的癌旁组织、正常乳腺组织中AMFR基因mRNA的相对表达水平与乳腺癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:AMFR mRNA基因在乳腺癌组织中表达水平最高为0.56±0.28,在癌旁组织和正常乳腺组织中表达分别为0.28±0.16、0.24±0.09。该基因在乳腺癌组织中表达要高于乳腺癌旁组织和正常乳腺组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);AMFR mRNA表达水平与年龄和肿块大小无关,而与TNM分期有关。结论:AMFR mRNA在乳腺浸润性癌中呈高表达状态,可能成为潜在的判断预后指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and evaluate clinical significances of autocrine motility factor receptor( AMFR) in invasive breast cancer tissues and normal breast tissues.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the relative expression level of AMFR mRNA in 51 cases of breast cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues and normal breast tissues. The relationship between AMFR expression and clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer was also analyzed.Results The expression levels of AMFR mRNA were 0.56± 0.28 in breast cancer,0.28± 0.16 in adjacent tissues,and 0.24±0.09 in normal breast tissues. The expressions of AMFR mRNA in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues and normal breast tissues. The expression level of AMFR was not correlated with tumor size and age,but was correlated with TNM staging. Conclusion AMFR mRNA is highly expressed in invasive breast cancer and may be a potential prognostic indicator.
