摘要
管束排列及管间距是换热器传热性能的重要影响因素。为验证灌输排列及管间距对换热器传热性能的影响。试验人员会以圆形翅片管换热器为研究对象,在对此类换热器的管束排列和管间距进行调整的方式,求取雷诺数、纵向管间距和管换热器的传热性能,并在此基础上,分析管束排列和管间距对换热器传热性能的影响。
Tube bundle arrangement and pipe spacing are important factors influencing heat transfer performance of heat exchanger. To verify the influence of instillation arrangement and tube spacing on heat transfer performance of heat exchanger. Test personnel to circular finned tube heat exchanger as the research object, in this kind of heat exchanger tube bundle arrangement and tube spacing adjustment, to calculate the Reynolds number, heat transfer performance of longitudinal tube spacing and tube heat exchanger, and on this basis, the analysis of pipe bundle arrangement and spacing effect on the performance of heat exchanger.
