摘要
作者通过访问工程师一年的企业实践锻炼,针对访工期间遇到的一些问题,提出访问工程师项目不仅要注重"访问工程师"自身的发展,也要注重"企业导师"以及导师所在企业的发展,形成共同发展,从而达到校企合作双赢的局面。
Through the practice of a year of enterprise practice and some problems encountered during the visit, the author puts forward that the project of visiting engineers should not only pay attention to the development of the ＂visit engineer＂, but also pay attention to the development of the ＂enterprise tutor＂ and the enterprise of the tutor to form a common development so as to achieve the combination of school and enterprise. Make a win-win situation.
