摘要
基于胆结石临床碎石治疗的需求,研制了体内微爆破碎石机。在碎石机的设计中,采用ARM嵌入式系统作为主控系统;使用具有自主知识产权的放电电极;采用快速高压直流电源充电并储能。该碎石机已通过专家评审,并获国家食品药品监督管理局的产品注册号,已进入医院并应用于临床治疗。临床治疗统计数据显示,碎石率超过95%。目前,体内微爆破碎石机已成为胆结石治疗的重要手段。
Based on the requirement of clinical treatment of gallstone,the microblast lithotripter was developed. In the design of the lithotripter,ARM embedded system was used as the main control system,using the discharge electrode with independent intellectual property;high voltage dc power supply was used for charging and storing energy. The lithotripter has been through the expert evaluation,and won the state food and drug administration's product registration number. The product has entered the hospital and has been applied to clinical treatment. The clinical statistics data show that the lithotrity rate exceeds95%. At present,the microblast lithotripter has become an important method for the treatment of gallstones.
