摘要 针对现行数据采集系统在多点分布测试中布线复杂、成本高的问题,设计一种采用无线通信技术进行组网的数据采集系统。该系统采用星型拓扑网络结构,主节点基于上位机Lab VIEW平台搭建,从节点采用STM32微控制处理器构建;主从节点之间通过无线通信单元进行指令传输与数据交换;此外,作为从节点的数据采集模块可脱离主节点上位机独立完成数据采集工作。试验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,可完成1 km内多点分布测试任务。 In order to solve the problem of complicated routing and high cost in the multipoint distribution test of current data acquisition system,design a modular data acquisition system using wireless communication technology for networking. The system uses a star network topology structure,the master node is built that based on Lab VIEW platform on PC,slave node is constructed from STM32 micro control processor. Command and data exchange between the master nodes and slave nodes by wireless communication unit;in addition,the data acquisition module slave node can independently finish the work of data acquisition without the master node on PC. The experimental results show that the system is stable and can be used in the multipoint distribution test within 1km.
