摘要 由于煤场环境复杂,煤炭种类繁多,易发生装载机错装、混装,会给公司带来不必要的损失,文章设计了一种基于DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System)技术的煤场智能装运系统。以STM32为主处理器,利用差分定位技术设计差分定位信息采集模块,以获取装载机车定位信息,利用GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)通信技术设计GPRS通信模块为装载机提供车辆调度,差分定位、称重信息的上传,煤种信息的获取等服务,利用软件设计技术,设计监控终端和数据处理服务器提供煤种区域划分、地图更新,装载机差分定位位置实时分析,装载机错装警告,装载历史数据查询等功能,以提高工作效率。测试表明,该系统数据准确,信号转发能力强,能够满足应用需求。 Due to the complex coal yard environment and the variety of coal, it is easy to misload and mix the loader, which will bring unnecessary losses to the company. This paper designs an intelligent loading system of coal yard based on DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System) technology. With STM32 as the main processor, the differential positioning information acquisition module is designed using differential positioning technology to obtain the positioning information of the loader, and by using the GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) communication technology, the GPRS communication module is designed to provide the vehicle scheduling for the loader. Differential positioning, weighing information upload, coal information acquisition and other services, using software design technology, design monitoring terminal and data processing server to provide coal classification, map update, loader differential positioning location real-time analysis, loader error loading warning, loading historical data query and other functions to improve work efficiency. The test results show that the system has accurate data, strong signal forwarding ability and can meet the application requirements.
