摘要
为实现掩护式支架各级功能部件的选型优配设计,提出模块化配置设计方法。对模块化配置设计的关键技术模块划分进行了研究,基于顾客需求分析对掩护式支架的功能结构进行合理的模块划分,依据顾客需求与机械产品性能的关系选取最佳匹配实例。模块化配置设计的实现可以保证支架产品的功能和结构设计具有很大的灵活性和应变性,提高了掩护式支架产品设计的效率。
A modular configuration design method is proposed to optimize the selection and design of functional components atall levels of the sheltering support. The module partition of the key technology of modular configuration design is studied. Based oncustomer demand analysis, the functional structure of shield bracket is divided reasonably, and the best matching example is selected according to the relationship between customer demand and mechanical product performance. The realization of modular configuration design can ensure the flexibility and variability of the functional and structural design of the scaffold product, and improve theefficiency of the sheltered scaffold product design.
