带钢热轧中卷取卷形的分析与控制研究

卷取卷形的控制在带钢热轧过程中是十分重要的,可能直接影响着带钢的质量,影响着企业的经济效益。因此,加强对带钢热轧过程中的卷取卷形技术的分析和控制研究具有重要意义。文章介绍了卷取卷形存在的一般质量问题和形成原因,对卷取卷形过程进行了分析,提出了一系列控制办法,包括侧导板的开口度、夹送辊的控制、助卷辊的控制、卷取张力设定、超前率和滞后率,可以作为带钢热轧卷形控制的技术参考。

The control of coiling shape is very important in the hot rolling process of strip, which may directly affect the qualityof strip steel and the economic benefits of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the analysis and control ofcoiling technology in hot strip rolling process. This paper introduces the general quality problems and causes of coiling, analyzes theprocess of coiling, and puts forwarda series of control methods. It includes the opening degree of side guide plate, the control ofclip roller, the control of coiling roll, the setting of coiling tension, leading rate and hysteresis rate, which can be used as the technical reference for the control of coiling shape of hot strip rolling.
