摘要
铁路养护过程中,铁路大型养路机械设备发挥着重要作用,保证了铁路运输的安全。由于多数情况下其工作环境相对恶劣,作业中噪音大、振动大、冲击力强,导致养路机械故障频发,因此日常保养意义重大,对于养路机械使用寿命的延长,状态的良好等具有促进作用,是铁路大型养路机械管理的重点。液压系统保证了铁路大型养路机械的正常运转,一旦出现问题,直接影响养路机械能否正常工作。文章针对铁路大型养路机械液压系统污染的原因进行分析,提出污染控制的措施。
In the process of railway maintenance, large railway maintenance machinery and equipment play an important role inensuring the safety of railway transportation. In most cases, the working environment is relatively bad, and the noise, vibration andimpact are strong, which leads to frequent failures of road maintenance machinery, so it is of great significance to prolong the servicelife of road maintenance machinery. The good condition has the promotion function, is the railway large-scale maintenance machinerymanagement key point. Hydraulic system ensures the normal operation of large railway road maintenance machinery; once there isaproblem, it directly affects whether the road maintenance machinery can work normally. In this paper, the causes of hydraulic systempollution of large railway road maintenance machinery are analyzed, and the pollution control measures are put forward.
