摘要
ABB智能定位器由于其工作状况稳定,故障率低,功能多,调节特性灵敏等特点,被广泛应用于几乎所有自动化工业领域,但是在其调试过程中也存在一些问题,阀位震荡的问题及处理方法一直是其中的难点和重点。文章通过笔者在火电厂的现场调试经验并查阅相关资料对此类问题做出详细阐述。
ABB intelligent locator is widely used in almost all fields of automation industry because of its stable working condition, low failure rate, many functions and sensitive adjusting characteristics. However, there are some problems in its debugging process. The problem of valve position oscillation and its treatment methods are always the difficulties and emphases. Through the author's on-site commissioning experience in the thermal power plant and consult the relevant information to make a detailed description of this kind of problems.
