摘要
打磨电机不能提升是钢轨打磨车施工作业的最常见故障。文章从打磨电机的机械结构、液压结构、电气控制三个方面,分析了故障产生的原因和处理办法,有助于施工人员有针对性地采取预防措施,及时地解决故障。
Failure of grinding motor to be lifted is the most common fault of rail grinding car construction. This paper analyzesthe causes and treatment methods of the malfunction from the aspects of mechanical structure, hydraulic structure and electrical control of the grinding motor, which is helpful for the constructors to take preventive measures and solve the problems in time.
