摘要
汽轮机等大型转子经过长时间运行,由于系统中含有杂物,轴颈会出现点蚀、拉伤、划痕等缺陷,运用传统修复技术修复易产生内应力,破坏了金属的金相结构,出现脱落和起层等问题。文章围绕大型转子轴颈无损冷熔修复技术运用、提高后期修磨精度及效率等方面展开阐述。
After long time operation of large rotor such as steam turbine, because of the sundries in the system, the defectssuch as pitting, pulling and scratching will appear in the journal, so the internal stress is easy to be produced by using the traditional repair technology, and the metallographic structure of the metal is destroyed. Problems such as shedding and rising. In this paper,the application of non-destructive cold melt repair technology for large rotor journal and the improvement of the precision and efficiency of grinding in the later period are discussed.
