摘要
目的:探讨64排CTCA在冠心病患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月收治的冠心病患者共90例作为研究对象,先经64排CTCA检查,1个月内再进行选择性冠状动脉造影,将64排CTCA检查结果与冠状动脉造影检查进行对比分析。结果:64排CTCA检查冠状动脉阳性狭窄敏感性为87.07%(128/147)、特异性为95.73%(763/797)。64排CTCA检查冠状动脉轻、中、重度狭窄符合率分别为67.36%、94.05%、93.65%。轻、中、重度狭窄3组组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=32.9151,P=0.0000);中、重度狭窄组诊断符合率明显高于轻度狭窄组(P<0.05);中、重度狭窄两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。64排CTCA与CAG在评价冠状动脉中、重度狭窄能效方面无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:使用64排CTCA检查诊断冠心病,操作安全、可靠,属无创检查,能为临床提供准确的影像学诊断依据,有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore clinical application value of 64-detector row CTCA for patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods:ninety patients with coronary heart diseases admitted during June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects.The patients received 64-detector row CTCA examination and then received selective coronary artery angiography within one month.Results obtained from 64-detector row CTCA examination and coronary artery angiography were compared and analyzed.Results:Positive stenosis sensitivity and specificity of coronary artery after 64-detector row CTCA examination were87.07%(128/147)and 95.73%(763/797)respectively.Mild,medium and severe stenosis coincidence rate of coronary artery after 64-detector row CTCA examination were 67.36%,94.05% and 93.65% respectively.Comparison difference of mild,medium and severe stenosis among the three groups was of statistical significance(χ^2=32.9151,P=0.0000).Diagnostic coincidence rate in the medium and severe stenosis group was obviously higher than that in the mild stenosis group(P〈0.05).Comparison difference in medium and severe stenosis group was of no statistical significance(P〉0.05).There was no remarkable difference of 64-detector row CTCA and CAG in assessing medium and severe stenosis efficacy of coronary artery(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of 64-detector row CTCA can provide accurate imaging diagnostic basis for clinical activities and is of good clinical application value due to its features of safe and reliable operation and non-invasive examination.
