七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗青少年屈光不正所致视疲劳的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in the treatment of asthenopia caused by ametropia in adolescents

目的:研究探讨青少年屈光不正所致视疲劳使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗的效果分析。方法:筛取本院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的100例(200眼)屈光不正所致视疲劳青少年作为观察患者,根据随机数字表格法将100例患者分为对照组、观察组,各50例(100眼),观察组使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗,对照组运用珍珠明目滴眼液治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组舒适度、屈光水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率高于对照组,而不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对青少年屈光不正所致视疲劳症状使用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗,可有效改善患者屈光水平、舒适度,治疗效果显著,且药物副作用小。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops on asthenopia caused by ametropia in adolescents.Methods：of screening in our hospital from January 2015~2017 year in December 100 cases（200 eyes）of ametropia caused by visual fatigue were observed as teenagers,according to the random number table method,100 patients were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases（100 eyes）,the observation group of seven leaves of digitalis glycosides using eye drops in the treatment of,the control group using pearl eye drops treatment,compare the curative effect of two groups.Results：after treatment,the comfort and refraction level in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the use of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops in the treatment of asthenopia due to ametropia can effectively improve the refractive level and comfort of the patients.The treatment effect is significant,and the side effects of the drugs are small,which is worth promoting.
