邻里结构视角下的工程移民住区邻里空间再造

Neighborhood Reconstruction of Project Immigrant Residential Area from the Perspective of Neighborhood Space

邻里空间通过改变邻里交往水平,进而影响邻里结构。该文通过对三峡工程移民小区实地调研,对小区内邻里结构进行定性剖析,发现移民小区内邻里结构存在以下三点问题:住宅形式和街道体系单一、宅旁绿地和小区广场匮乏、垂直街道功能单调乏味。再根据调研数据运用Spss软件对移民小区邻里结构进行定量分析,结果显示小区内邻里关系淡薄、移民社区归属感较差,而通过改善社区邻里公共空间可增强邻里交往。因此,该文从邻里空间的三个层面出发,对移民小区建筑形态、街巷规划、景观设计三个方面提出具体规划措施,再造库区邻里空间,最后提出有利于邻里交往的融合型邻里空间方案。

Neighborhood space affects the neighborhood structure by changing the level of neighborhood interaction.In this paper,we analyze the neighborhood structure through the investigation of the Three Gorges resettlement area,and find that there are three problems in the neighborhood structure of the resettlement area：the single form of residential form and street system,the lack of residential green space and the plot square,the vertical street function is tedious.Then using the Spss software we quantitatively analyze the neighborhood structure of the immigrant community.The results show that the neighborhood relationship is weak and the attribution of the immigrant community is poor,and the neighborhood contacts can be enhanced by improving the neighborhood space.Therefore,we put forward the concrete planning measures to reconstruct the neighborhood space of the reservoir area,and finally put forward the convergent neighborhood space scheme which is beneficial to the neighborhood communication.
