近代福建省伪劣茶制售的泛滥严重损害闽茶在国际上的声誉,成为近代闽茶出口贸易衰败的重要原因之一。实施茶叶出口检验是福建省政府提升出口闽茶品质和振兴闽茶的重要政策。文章从近代中国伪劣茶制售的基本情况入手,以福建省整治伪劣茶的政策为线索,试图探究近代福建省伪劣茶整治政策和茶叶出口检验制度。

In modern history, the Counterfeit tea in Fujian Province made a serious and widespread damage to the reputation of Fujian tea in the world, and it became one of the important reasons for the decline of Fujian’s tea export trade in modern times. The implementation of tea export inspection is an important policy of the Fujian provincial government to enhance the quality and to revitalize Fujian tea. Based on the discussion of the basic situation of making and selling counterfeit tea in modern China, this paper clues to the policy of regulating counterfeit tea in Fujian Province, to further explore the modern Fujian Province counterfeit tea regulation policyand tea export inspection system.
