施肥对圆齿野鸦椿生长及叶片三萜含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究圆齿野鸦椿生长及叶片三萜含量与N、P、K施肥量之间的关系,提高肥料效率。方法:采用"3414"施肥方案对8年生圆齿野鸦椿进行施肥试验,测定其胸径、抽高和叶片三萜含量,分析其与施肥量的关系。结果:施用N、P、K肥对圆齿野鸦椿生长量具有显著影响。单因素施肥时,N、P、K施肥量分别为50 g/株、25 g/株和50 g/株时最有利于植株生长,最大胸径和最大抽高分别为0.41 cm和15.25 cm;回归分析得N、P、K配比施肥最佳施肥量为53.93 g/株、22.02 g/株、44.81 g/株,最大抽高为15.15 cm,胸径生长量和抽高规律基本一致;N肥和K肥对圆齿野鸦椿生长的影响之间存在显著交互作用。施用N、P、K肥对圆齿野鸦椿叶片三萜含量有一定的影响,N、P、K最佳施肥量分别为75 g/株、29.7 g/株、75 g/株;三种肥料相互存在交互作用,P、K交互作用显著。单因素施肥时,最佳N、P、K施肥量及相应三萜含量分别为47.89 g/株(8.29%)、24.34 g/株(8.07%)、47.36 g/株(8.00%)。结论:综合分析得最有利于圆齿野鸦椿生长及三萜积累的N、P、K施肥量分别为50 g/株、25 g/株、50 g/株。 Objective:To explore the relationship between triterpenoid content and N, P, K fertilizing amount on the growth of Eus- caphis konishii ,to improve fertilizer efficiency. Methods :Taking the "3414" fertilization scheme on eight years old Euscaphis konishii, measuring the diameter at breast height, the pumping height and the triterpenoid content of leaves, their relationship with fertilization was analyzed. Results : The results showed that the application of N, P and K fertilizer had significant effects on Euscaphis konishii growth. Univariate analysis indicated that N, P, K fertilization amount was 50 g/strain,25 g/strain and 50 g/strain were the most favorable for plant growth, and the maximum diameter at breast height and maximum pumping height were O. 41 cm and 15.25 era. Regression analysis showed that the optimum fertilization amount was 53.93 g/strain,22. 02 g/strain and 44. 81 g/strain, the maximum pumping height was 15. 15 cm, the growth of diameter at breast height and pumping height were basically the same. There was significant interaction between N fertilizer and K fertilizer of Euscaphis konishii growth. Secondly ,the application of fertilizer N ,P and K had effect on the triterpenoid content of Euscaphis konishii leaves,it can be concluded that N, P,K optimum fertilization amount was 75 g/strain, 29.7 g/ strain and 75 g/strain, respectively. There was significant interaction between the three fertilizers, and P, K interaction significantly. Univariate analysis indicated that the best amount of N, P and K fertilization amount and corresponding triterpenoid content was 47.89 g/strain (8.29%) , 24. 34 g/strain ( g. 07% ) and 47.36 g/strain (8.00%). Conclusion : Comprehensive analysis shows that the best formula of N, P, K fertilizer is the amount of 50 g/strain,25 g/strain and 50 g/strain for growth and triterpenoid content of Euscaphis konishii N, P, K.
