顺北1-4H井超深小井眼中短半径水平井钻井难点及技术对策 被引量:8

摘要 顺北油田是中国石化西北油田分公司塔河油田接替区域,顺北油田是目前国内最深的油气藏,地层温度、压力高,很多地方奥陶系桑塔木组含有辉绿岩,受辉绿岩影响,不得不用超深小井眼中短半径水平井钻井。以顺北1-4H井为例,该井面临托压、温度高而仪器配套难、轨迹难以控制等难题。针对顺北1-4H井难题进行分析,形成了相应的技术对策,顺北1-4H井采取这些对策成功钻至目标地层,获得了良好的油气发现。顺北1-4H井采用■120.65mm小井眼钻井,完钻井深8049.50m,创造了■120.65mm小井眼水平井井深最深纪录。顺北1-4H井的成功完井,为超深小井眼水平井钻井的施工提供了很好的借鉴经验。 Shunbei oilfield is the substitute region of Tahe oilfield which belongs to the Northwest Oilfield Branch Company,SINOPEC,it is the deepest oil and gas reservoirs in China with high formation temperature and high pressure,and there is diabase in many parts of Ordovician Sangtamu formation.Because of this,the medium-short radius horizontal well drilling in super-deep slim hole has to be used.Taking the case of well Shunbei 1-4 H,with the difficulties of insufficient bit pressure transmit,instruments matching under high temperature and trajectory control.With the corresponding technical countermeasures,the drilling target is completed to discover oil and gas reservoir.120.65 mm slim hole drilling is adopted for well Shunbei 1-4 H,the completion depth is 8049.50 m,creating a new record of the deepest depth of horizontal well in120.65 mm slim hole.The completion of well Shunbei 1-4 Hprovides the reference for the construction of horizontal well in super-deep slim hole.
