同一遗传群体母株与后代皂角刺形态特征、单枝重与药用成分的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价皂荚同一遗传群体母株、后代皂角刺的差别。方法:采用游标卡尺、直尺和天平测量比较皂角刺形态指标和单枝重,并利用HPLC及比色法测定分析其槲皮素和多酚药用成分含量。结果:(1)皂角刺形态特征母株与后代深棕色差异不显著,后代间差异显著。(2)单枝重母株、深棕色和紫棕色差异不显著,三者与黄棕差异极显著。(3)药用成分母株、黄棕色、深棕色、紫棕色的槲皮素含量分别为0.0030%、0.0122%、0.0034%、0.0076%,总多酚含量分别为0.4468%、1.2652%、0.4757%、0.6512%,母株皂角刺与深棕色皂角刺含量相近,且二者间无显著差异;后代3种颜色皂角刺槲皮素、总多酚含量差异均极显著。结论:后代紫棕色综合评价最好,深棕色与黄棕色较好。为建立皂荚资源评价指标体系和新品种选育提供理论技术依据。 Objective : To evaluate the female parent and offsprings of the spines of Gleditsia sinensis within the same genetic popu- lation,resources evaluation and breeding of new varieties. Methods: Measure and compare morphological indexes and single branch weight of the spines of Gleditsia sinensis using vernier caliper, ruler and balance, calibrate and analysis polyphenols and quercetin content using HPLC and colorimetric method. Results : (1) The differences of the female parent and deep brown in morphology was little ; but the offsprings had extremely significant difference. (2)The female parent, purple brown and deep brown were not significantly different in single branch weight, but the three and light brown had extremely significant difference. (3)The quercetin content of the female parent and offsprings of the spines of Gleditsia sinensis were 0. 0030% ,0. 0122% ,0. 0034% and 0. 0076% ,the total polyphenol content were 0. 4468%, 1. 2652% ,0. 4757% and 0. 6512%, two medicinal composition content of the female parent was close to deep brown, and there was no significant difference between them;three colors of the offsprings had extremely significant difference. Conclusion:After comprehensive comparative analysis, purple brown is the best ;light brown and deep brown is good. This study provides technical basis for the establishment of quality evaluation index system of Gleditsia sinensis.
