茉莉酸参与介导镧诱导丹参毛状根活性物质的积累 被引量:1

摘要 目的:验证氯化镧诱导丹参毛状根活性物质积累的信号分子。方法:采用HPLC法测定丹参毛状根中活性物质含量;采用"loss and gain"策略对信号分子进行验证。结果:茉莉酸甲酯对镧的响应规律与丹参毛状根中活性物质对镧元素响应规律相符且对丹参毛状根活性物质积累起促进作用;经茉莉酸甲酯淬灭剂和抑制剂处理验证发现,抑制剂和淬灭剂对丹参毛状根中活性物质积累起抑制作用,而抑制剂与氯化镧同时处理能逆转抑制剂对活性物质的抑制作用。结论:茉莉酸甲酯是氯化镧诱导丹参毛状根活性物质积累的信号分子,但不是唯一的信号分子。 Objective:To verify the signal molecules induced by La on the accumulation of active substances in Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root. Methods : The content of active substances was analyzed by HPLC ; "loss and gain" strategy was used to verify the signal molecules. Results:The response pattern of methyl jasmonate matched that of active substances accumulation induced by LaCl3 in Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root. The methyl jasmonate quenching agent and inhibitor treatment results showed that the inhibitor and quencher reduced the accumulation of active substances in Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy root induced by La and simultaneous treatment of inhibitors with La restrained the reversal effect of inhibitors on active substances. Conclusion : Methyl jasmonate is the signal molecule of active substances accumulation in hairy root induced by La, but not the only signal molecule.
