摘要
目的:研究龙眼叶的化学成分。方法:通过反复硅胶柱层析分离纯化、重结晶,根据理化性质及波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从龙眼叶的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为:正二十八烷醇(1)、羽扇豆醇(2)、二十八烷酸(3)、三十烷酸(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、没食子酸乙酯(7)、山柰酚(8)、木犀草素(9)、槲皮素(10)、紫云英苷(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~4、7~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Dimocarpus longan. Methods:The constituents were i- solated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, also were recrystalfized by different solvents. Their structures were identified by physiochemieal property and spectral data analysis. Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extracts and ethyl acetate extracts from the leaves of Dimocarpus longan, and identified as 1-octacosanol ( 1 ), lupeol (2), octacosanic acid (3), triacontanoic acid (4) ,β-sitosterol ( 5 ), daucosterol ( 6 ), ethyl gallate ( 7 ), kaempferol ( 8 ), luteolin ( 9 ), quercetin (10) and astragallin ranoside ( 11 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1 - 4,7 - 11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
