银柴胡化学成分的研究

Chemical Constituents from Stellaria dichotoma var. lanceolata

目的:研究银柴胡的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、MCI柱层析和反相C18制备液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从银柴胡乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:苜蓿素(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、阿福豆苷(3)、鼠李秦素(4)、苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、(-)-丁香酯素(6)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(7)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(8)、亚麻酸甲酯(9)、2,3,8-tri-Omethyl ellagic acid(10)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从银柴胡中分离得到。

Objective：To study the chemical, constituents of Stellaria dichotoma var, lanceolata. Methods：The chemical constituents of Stellaria dichotoma vat. lanceolata are isolated by different column chromatographic techniques, including silica gel, MCI and reversed phase C18 prep-HPLC. The structures of these compounds were identified by a comprehensive analysis of the spectroscopic data. Results：Ten con：pounds were isolated from Stellaria dichotoma var. lanceolata. The compounds were identified as tricin （ 1 ） , quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside （ 2）, afzeloside （ 3 ）, rhamnazin （ 4 ）, tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （ 5 ）, （ - ） -syringaresinol （ 6 ）, diisobutyl- phthalate （ 7）, dibutyl-phthalate （ 8）, methyl linolenate （ 9）, 2,3,8-tri-O-methyl ellagic acid （ 10）.Conclusion： All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
