摘要
目的:研究药用橄榄油不皂化物的化学组成。方法:通过水解除杂、硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱等方法对药用橄榄油不皂化物组分进行制备分离,采用核磁共振波谱、质谱等方法对分离所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从药用橄榄油不皂化物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:角鲨烯(1)、D-α-生育酚(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、24-亚甲基环阿屯醇(4)、菜油甾醇(5)、胆固醇(6)。结论:药用橄榄油不皂化物主要成分为甾体化合物和具有抗氧化作用的角鲨烯、生育酚等,化合物1~6均为首次通过分离从橄榄油中获得单体化合物,并通过波谱手段进行结构鉴定。
Objective:To study the chemical composition of unsaponifiable substances from medicinal olive oil. Methods:Unsaponi- fiable matter was separated and purified by the methods of hydrolysis, silica-gel column, and preparative thin layer chromatography (PTLC) ,their structures were fully accomplished via NMR and MS spectrometry and spectroscopic data. Results:Six compounds from the unsaponifiable components of medicinal olive oil were identified as squalene (1) ,D-ot-tocopherot(2) ,β-sitosterol( 3 ) , 24-methylenecy-cloartenol ( 4), campesterol ( 5 ) and cholesterol (6). Conclusion: The main components of unsaponifiable substances are steroidal compounds and anti-oxidant squalene and tocopherol in medicinal olive oil Six compounds are isolated from the unsaponifiable substances of medicinal olive oil and identified on the basis of spectral analysis for the first time.
