创业胜任力是指创业者能够成功完成创业任务所具备的能力,是企业的核心竞争力。通过对创业胜任力的概念和特征维度分析,把创业胜任力划分为创业素质、创业能力和创业知识三个维度。创业胜任力是大学生创业成功的关键因素,创业活动不断变化对创业者能力提出新的要求,提升大学生创业能力,旨在提高大学生创业质量和创业成功率,缓解大学生就业压力,正确引导大学生展开创业工作。

As the core competitiveness of an enterprise, entrepreneurial competency refers to the ability of an entrepreneur to successfully complete the entrepreneurial task. Through the analysis of the concepts and feature dimensions of entrepreneurial competency, entrepreneurial competency is divided into three dimensions： entrepreneurial quality, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial knowledge. Entrepreneurial competency is a key factor for the success of university students＇ entrepreneurship.Constant changes in entrepreneurial activities make new demands on entrepreneurs＇ ability, so we should improve the entrepreneurial ability of university students, aiming to improve their entrepreneurial quality and entrepreneurial success rate, alleviate the employment pressure on them, and correctly guide them to start their own businesses.
