摘要
作为服务行业的排头兵,酒店行业同样需要具有"工匠精神"的职业人员,"工匠精神"培育为当前酒店管理专业教育指明了方向,在培养酒店管理专业学生的"工匠精神"方面,高校应当从入学教育、职业素质课程设置、专业课程融入职业精神培育、职前与就业训练、课外活动等多个方面多个维度入手,力争培养出能够长期专注于酒店行业发展、以服务为天职、高度具备敬业、乐业的服务精神与职业素养的酒店业国宝级"匠人",以推动酒店行业的健康发展。
As the vanguard of the service industry, the hotel industry also needs professional staff with "artisan spirit". The "artisan spirit" training points out the direction for the current hotel management professional education. In terms of cultivating the "artisan spirit" of the hotel management students, colleges and universities should make efforts from enrollment education, arrangement of professional quality courses, professional courses,professional spirit cultivation, pre-service and employment training, and extracurricular activities, striving to cultivate "artisans" who focuses on the development of the hotel industry and have qualified professional spirit and professional quality, thus promoting the healthy development of the hotel industry.
