摘要 高职院校教学质量监控体系闭环式管理是我国教育教学理论的焦点,受到广泛关注。本文在分析了高职教学质量监控体系的现状:战略模块不具特色、管理系统不够健全、师资队伍建设质量监控随意等现状的基础上,提出了高职院校教学质量监控体系闭环式管理充分实行所应具备的五项条件:制定完善的制度、切实落实相关制度、建立畅通的实时反馈机制、科学的整改措施、效果及责任权重,以提升高职院校教学管理能力,为提高高职院校教学质量提供有益借鉴。 Closed-loop management of the teaching quality monitoring system in higher vocational colleges is the focus of education and teaching theory in China and has received extensive attention. This paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching quality monitoring system of higher vocational education: stereotyped strategic modules, imperfect management system, and unsystematic quality monitoring on teaching staff construction. It then puts forward that the full implementation of the closed-loop management of the teaching quality monitoring system in higher vocational colleges should meet five conditions: formulating a sound system, implementing relevant systems, establishing a smooth real-time feedback mechanism, taking scientific corrective measures, effects, and responsibility weights, so as to improve the teaching management ability of higher vocational colleges and provide useful reference for the improvement of teaching in higher vocational colleges.
