高校管理人员是我国高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,对他们的继续教育关系到我国高校人才队伍整体素质和高等教育质量的提高。本文通过分析高校管理人员继续教育面临的动因和挑战,以期探索出高校管理人员继续教育实现的路径。

University administrators are an important part of the talent team in our country, and their continuing education is related to the improvement of the overall quality of the talent team and the quality of education in China. This paper analyzes the motivation and challenge of university administrators to continue education, in order to explore the path of the university administrators to continue education.
