摘要 高职院校实施公共基础课分层教学改革,以应对扩招后生源构成日益复杂化、学生文化基础水平参差不齐的现状。分层教学的实施给教务管理工作提出新的要求,教务管理人员创新工作思路,改革工作方式和方法,构建以课程为核心的教务流程管理体系。 Vocational colleges are implementing teaching reformation of layered teaching of public elementary courses to deal with the situation of the complicated recruitment structure and irregularity of students. The implementation of layered teaching puts forward new demands on teaching affairs administration,therefore teaching affairs administrators should innovate working ideas, reform working measures and work methods and construct a teaching process administration system with courses as the core.
