以“互联网+”视角打造辅导员工作系统

On the Establishment of a Counselor Work System from the Internet+ Perspective

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,学校坚持立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作教育贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。我国已进入中国特色社会主义新时代,随着互联网科技的蓬勃发展,高校思想政治教育工作面临着许多新的变化、新的情况,辅导员工作在学生思想政治教育和学生管理工作第一线,从学校层面探索建立"互联网+辅导员工作系统",推动辅导员工作科学化、制度化、系统化、网络化发展,才能不断适应时代发展的需要。

Meanwhile, counselors work in the front line of students＇ ideological and political education and student management work. Therefore, we should explore the establishment of an ＂Internet＋ counselor work system＂ from the perspective of colleges and universities, so as to promote the scientific, institutionalized, systematic and networked development of counselors＇ work, thus making them continuously adapt to the needs of the development of the times.
