On the Effective Implementation of Class Management in Secondary Vocational Schools through the Combination of Rigid Management and Flexible Management

班级是学校教育教学工作的基本单位,良好的班级管理可以促进学校整体质量的提高。班主任是一个班级的统筹管理者,班级各项工作开展得好,离不开班主任好的管理方法。本文从班主任刚柔并济的管理方法出发,探讨了刚性管理和柔性管理的必要性,最后提出在中职学校班级管理中实施刚柔并济的具体举措,以帮助班主任构建和谐班级,促进班级各项工作的正常、有序开展。

Classes are the basic unit of school education and teaching, so effective class management can improve the overall quality of a school. As head teachers are in charge of class management, their management methods are indispensable for the effective implementation of class management. Starting from the method of combing rigid management and flexible management,this paper discusses the necessity of rigid management and flexible management, and finally puts forward the concrete measures to implement the combination of rigid management and flexible management in class management of secondary vocational schools, with the hope of helping head teachers build a harmonious class, and promoting the normal and orderly development of all class affairs.
