摘要 目的:为探究钩藤产地土壤中碳、氮、磷含量的丰缺现状及主要限制因子,促进钩藤优质、高产的可持续发展。方法:对钩藤产地根区土壤与非根区土壤的碳、氮、磷的含量及相关性进行了研究,并与其周边林地与荒草地土壤碳、氮、磷进行对比研究。结果:钩藤产地土壤根区与非根区产地土壤性状存在不同差异,其中,钩藤基地土壤pH平均值为5.60,符合钩藤生长土壤的酸碱度;钩藤基地根区与非根区土壤有机质为四级;钩藤基地根区与非根区土壤全氮为二级;钩藤根区土壤碱解氮为二级,非根区土壤碱解氮为三级;钩藤基地根区与非根区土壤有效磷为四级;土壤pH值与土壤全氮之间呈极显著正相关性,全氮与土壤有机质、碱解氮、全磷呈极显著正相关性。结论:钩藤基地土壤有效态养分含量比较匮乏,在种植过程应加强人为管理和施肥,而土壤缺磷问题是钩藤种植基地土壤主要限制因素。 Objective: In order to study the carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus content of the soil in current situation of Uncaria rhynchophylla,to promote the sustainable development of high quality and high yield of Uncaria rhynchophylla root. Methods: The content and the correlation of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus on soil from Uncaria rhynchophylla root zone and non root zone soil were studied,and compared with the surrounding woodland and grassland soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus. Results: There were significant differences of soil properties between soil in root zone and non root zone origin of Uncaria rhynchophylla,Uncaria rhynchophylla root zone soil pH base average value was 5. 60,according with the growth of Uncaria rhynchophylla soil pH value. The base of Uncaria rhynchophylla root zone and non root zone soil organic matter was divided into four levels; the soil nitrogen base of Uncaria rhynchophylla root zone and non root zone was divided into two levels; Uncaria rhynchophylla root zone soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen was divided into two levels;soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen in non root zone nitrogen was divided into three levels; the available phosphorus in the root zone and non root zone was four levels. There was a significant positive correlation between soil pH value and total nitrogen,and there was significant positive correlation between total nitrogen and soil organic matter and alkali solution nitrogen and phosphorus. Conclusion: The effect of available soil nutrient content is relatively scarce in the base of the planting process,and the management of artificial fertilization should be strengthened. Phosphorus deficiency in the soil is the main limiting factor of Uncaria rhynchophylla planting base soil.
