摘要
目的:研究腥藤的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺色谱、反向ODS色谱、MCI色谱、大孔吸附树脂色谱、Sephadex LH-20等色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,对分离得到的单体化合物利用理化检验和波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从腥藤药材中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:壬二酸(1)、正十八烷酸(2)、正丁基-吡喃果糖苷(3)、香草酸(4)、甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylpropane(7)、3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Erythropalum scandens. Methods: The chemical constituents was separated and purified by column chromatography and recrystalli zation. The compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and physicaland chemical properties. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and their tructures were identified as azelaic acid(1),stearic acid(2),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(3),vanillic acid(4),rubiadin-1-methyl ether(5),daucosterol(6),3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenylpropane(7),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8). Conclusion: All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
