低空监视雷达网在通用航空监管中的应用

摘要 针对通用航空逐级开放、"低小慢"目标的监管需求,分析了低空监视雷达网涉及的技术创新点及需解决的关键问题,给出有效解决途径,并对其在通用航空监视管理中的应用前景进行探讨。 Based on general aviation opening step-by-step and the demands of target surveillance in low-altitude airspace,the technical innovation and key issues about low-altitude surveillance netted radar are analyzed.Meanwhile,several effective methods to solve are presented.Furthermore,the application prospects of low-altitude surveillance netted radar are discussed and pointed out.
