摘要
随着环保要求越发严格,火力发电厂陆续对环保设施进行改造,增加了脱硫、脱硝设备,其中大部分脱硝设备采用SCR催化还原法脱硝。但SCR脱硝系统运行过程中会产生粘性大、腐蚀性强、液态的NH4HSO4,易捕捉烟气中的飞灰,引起空预器的堵塞和腐蚀,影响机组稳定运行。本文对空预器蓄堵塞原因进行了详细分析,根据实际情况,提出了几个解决方案:提高排烟温度、增加送风机暖风器等等。
With the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, thermal power plants have been on the transformation of environ-mental protection facilities, an increase of desulfurization, denitrification equipment, most of which denitrification equipment using SCR cat-alytic reduction denitrification. But the SCR denitrification system will produce a large viscosity during the operation, corrosive, liquid, easyto capture the flue gas in the fly ash, causing the air preheater and corrosion, affecting the unit stable operation. The air preheater storageclogging are analyzed, according to the actual situation, put forward several solutions: improve the exhaust gas temperature,increase the re-generative blower heater etc.
