摘要
行政人员与教师是大学治理的两大核心主体,大学治理目标实现的关键就在于促成两大主体间有效的交往行动。哈贝马斯的交往行动理论提出有效交往的四个必要条件,即可理解性、真实性、正当性和真诚性。以该理论为视角审视行政人员与教师间的交往行动,发现群体间的文化冲突、大学管理的内卷化及内部人控制问题等原因导致教师地位边缘化,两大主体并没有形成有效交往。通过制度保障、组织依托、文化支撑三个层面的建设以期重塑教师在大学治理中的主体地位。
Administrators and the faculty are the core subjects in the university governance; the key to achieving the goal of governance, therefore, is to promote effective communication between the two bodies. According to Habermas, effective communication needs four necessary conditions:understandability, truthfulness, legitimacy, and sincerity. From this perspective, this paper has examined the communicative actions between the two groups of people. The investigation finds that inter-group cultural conflicts, the involution of management, and the problem of insider control have resulted in the marginalization of the faculty; effective communication has not occurred between the two bodies. The reestablishment of the faculty's dominant role in university governance can be achieved through the construction of institutional guarantee, organizational support, and cultural sustainment.
