摘要 食品专业是应用型很强的实践型专业,本文从实习重要性认识不足、校企合作不健全、理论与实践衔接不足、实习制度不完善等方面剖析了当前食品专业生产实习存在的问题,针对问题并结合高校食品专业实习经验,提出强化对实习重要性的认识,加强校内、外实习基地的优势互补,强化实习目标管理、改革实习考核方式等措施,为提高食品专业学生实习效果提供借鉴。 Food specialty are practical major. The article is to analyze the existing problems in the professional practice teaching of food specialty. For example, importance of professional practice is not taken serious enough. It is difficult to contact practice base and to connect theory with practice. In addition, the system is not perfect. For the present, the article is to summarize reform measures in combination of campus and off-campus bases and strengthen management to provide reference for professional practice teaching of food specialty.
