摘要 针对非农机专业的涉农专业的本科生在学习植保机械、喷灌机械过程中,对机械的执行元件喷头难于理解的现状,研制了喷头工作状态实训装置。该装置通过调节频率来改变电机水泵的转速,从而改变喷灌系统内的压力,满足多种喷头工作要求;采用液晶显示屏,用于触摸操作和显示操作画面。该装置在本科生实验教学中的应用效果显著,培养了本科生的实践动手能力和创新思维。 The practice training equipment of nozzle 's working state was developed because the principle of nozzle, an executive element of the mechanics, was beyond understanding for the undergraduates of agriculture-related majors during studying plant protection machinery and irrigation machinery,who were not majoring in farm machinery. In this device,speed of Motor pump was changed by regulating frequency,which changed the press in sprinkler irrigation system for multinozzle work. The liquid crystal display screen was adopted for touch manipulation and displaying operation picture. The practice ability and innovative spirit of undergraduates were cultivated when the practice training equipment was used in experimental teaching and got a significant effect.
