食管鳞状细胞癌中ARTN、GFRα3的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of ARTN and GFRα3 in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

探讨ARTN和GFRα3在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及与临床病理参数之间的关系及意义。应用免疫组化SP两步法检测25例食管正常组织、17例高级别上皮内瘤变组织、114例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中ARTN、GFRα3蛋白的表达。结果表明:ARTN在正常食管黏膜、高级别上皮内瘤变组织和食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0、23.5%、80.7%,GFRα3阳性表达率分别为0、29.4%、76.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其与食管鳞状细胞癌浸润深度及临床分期有关,浸润深度T3、T4表达高于T1、T2(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.01),ARTN与GFRα3在食管鳞癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.198,P<0.05)。由此说明ARTN和GFRα3表达与鳞状细胞癌生物学密切相关,两者协同作用可能促进食管鳞状细胞癌浸润及进展。

To investgate the expression and clinical significance of ARTN and GFRα3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. immunohischemistry was used to determine the expression of ARTN and GFRα3 in 25 normal esophageal tissues,17 cases of high grade epithelial neoplasia,114 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ ESCC）. Results： The positive expression rate of ARTN was 0、23. 5% 、80. 7% respectively,and The positive expression rate of GFRα3 was 0、29. 4% 、76. 3%respectively,the expression in each kind of tissue was significantly different（ P 〈0. 01）.Furthermore,the expression of ARTN and GFRα3 was demonstrated to be significantly associated with deeper invasion and high tumor stage（ P〈0. 05）. conclusion： The expression of GFRα3 combined with ARTN may be useful predictors of disease progression and invasion in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
