摘要
从价值取向的角度来看,中小学教师教育科研包括目的性价值、对象性价值和手段性价值三种价值,这三种价值又分别可以从价值分类和承担主体这两个视野来进行分类,并以此得出中小学教师教育科研的基本分析框架和基本特征。根据实证研究的结果,建议应该明确关于中小学教师教育科研的若干价值理念,建立基于主体特性和情境特征的中小学教育科研评价制度,在教师职前和职后教育知识体系中增加科研素养方面的内容,构建由高校、科研机构研究者与中小学教师组成的研究共同体。
From the point of view of value orientation, teachers' education research of primary and middle school includes three kinds of values, such as target value, object value and means value. These three values canbe classified into two perspectives: value classification and subject classification.The basic analysis frame andcharacteristics of primary and secondary school teachers' educational research can be obtained. According to theresults of the empirical research, the following suggestions will be put forward: clearing some values of teachers' education research, constructing the evaluation system of primary and middle school education research based onthe subjective and situational characteristics and increasing the curriculum content of education research methodsin teachers' education.The content of scientific research literacy is added, and a research community,includinguniversities, researchers of scientific research institutions and teachers of primary and secondary schools, should be constructed.
