摘要
古圣先贤的智慧能够对我们的生活、为人处世进行引导,使我们的身心获得健康。《大学》虽说是儒家修养身心的方法论,是人们修行的路径,但《大学》中蕴含丰富的养心的方法。《大学》中的养心理念可归纳为:悟道、静心、正心三个方面。如果能够做到这三个方面,就能够心神安宁、健康快乐。
Ancient wisdom can guide our life and interpersonal relationship.It can also benefit our body and mind.The Great Learning which contains lots of ways to help people keep physically and mentally healthy.The concept of nourishing our mind includes enlightenment,meditation and mind rectification.If we can practice them,then we can be mentally healthy and happy.
