浅析当下我国公民的公共意识

A Brief Analysis of the Public Consciousness of the Present Chinese citizens

公共意识是在公共领域中生成,因交互而产生,具有一定的人性基础,并在某种层面表现出的一种"公我"的人格价值理念。当下我国公民公共意识缺乏的原因,首先是中国传统中"公共"理念缺失,其次是传统和现代中对于公共理念侵占和异化,再次是当下社会迅速转型的冲击和影响。对于当下我国公民公共意识的培育,首先要增强个人的主体意识和平等意识,加强对"私"的保护;其次要挖掘传统文化中"公共"理念的价值,增强"公我"观念;再次为公民提供更多的公共产品、公共服务以及参与途径。

The public consciousness is generated by interaction in the public domain,which is based on a kind of ＂public ego＂human foundation.We can conclude the reason for the lack of public awareness as follows.Firstly,there is a lack of the ＂public＂idea in our traditional culture.Secondly,the public concept is occupied and alienated by others in tradition and modern.Thirdly,it also has a great impact and influence that the rapid social transformation.We should cultivate our public consciousness of citizens.Firstly,we should strengthen the consciousness of subject and equal to protect the ＂private＂.Secondly,we should explore the value of ＂public＂ideas from our traditional culture to strengthen the ＂public＂.Once again,our government should provide more public goods service and opportunities for citizens participation.
