摘要
随着传统社会向现代社会的转变,人们需要实现从臣民意识到公民意识的转变,具备一个现代公民所需要的各方面素质,积极地行使自己的各种权利,同时积极地履行自己的各种义务。从我国公民社会的成长发育过程、如何提高我们的公民意识等方面对这一问题进行论述。
In the transformation from traditional society to modern society,people need to transit from subject consciousness to citizen consciousness,possess all aspects of quality of modern citizens,and actively exercise their rights,actively fulfill their obligations. This paper discusses the importance of the citizen consciousness,the present situation of our country＇s citizen consciousness,and how to improve our civic consciousness.
