脉冲磁场对小鼠中枢疲劳恢复效果的实验观察

摘要 采用实验法,观察脉冲磁场干预对运动疲劳小鼠脑组织五羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)、γ-氨基丁酸(GAGB)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)含量及其海马区神经元形态的影响,探讨脉冲磁场干预对小鼠运动性中枢疲劳的恢复效果及其作用机制。结果表明,疲劳组小鼠的五羟色胺、γ-氨基丁酸同对照组小鼠相比有显著性差异;疲劳组小鼠的五羟色胺、多巴胺、γ-氨基丁酸、乙酰胆碱同磁疗组小鼠相比有非常显著性差异;疲劳组小鼠海马区神经元损坏较磁疗组严重。实验结果显示:经脉冲磁场干预,运动性中枢疲劳小鼠5-羟色胺和γ-氨基丁酸的含量表现出下降,乙酰胆碱和多巴胺的含量出现升高;经脉冲磁场干预,可在一定程度上减小运动性中枢疲劳小鼠海马区神经元损伤,减少运动性中枢疲劳小鼠海马锥体细胞带神经元丢失;脉冲磁场干预能在一定程度上缓解小鼠运动性中枢疲劳。 By using the method of experiment,To observe the change of the5-HT、DA、GAGB、Ach and hippocampal neurons in mice and to discuss the effects of Pulsed magnetic field on the mice's central fatigue by exposing fatigue mice in Pulsed magnetic field.There is a very significant difference between the fatigue group and control group in the content of 5-HT、GAGB and DA/5-H( p 0.01 =.There is a very significant difference between the fatigue group and control group in DA and Ach( p 0.05 =.There is a very significant difference betwee the fatigue group and therapy group in 5-HT,DA,GAGB,Ach and DA/5-HT( p 0.01).The damage in hippocampal neurons of fatigue group is more serious than the therapy group.The experimental results suggest: Pulsed magnetic field can effectively reduce the content of 5-HT and GAGB,increase the content of Achand DA.The pulse magnetic field can prevent central fatigue hippocampal pyramidal cells with neuronal loss.Pulsed magnetic field can alleviate the Central Fatigue in mice.
