肇庆市广宁县山洪灾害分析评价

Flash Flood Disasters Assessment in Guangning County,Zhaoqing City

为全面和准确地掌握肇庆市广宁县山洪灾害防治区小流域暴雨洪水基本特征,了解防治区现状防洪能力、危险区等级划分以及预警指标等成果,给山洪灾害预案编制、预警预报、群测群防等方面提供信息支撑,该文以评价对象利树村为例,介绍山洪灾害分析评价流程,开展小流域暴雨洪水计算、现状防洪能力分析、危险区划分和预警指标分析,获得山洪灾害分析评价成果,并结合广宁县实际情况,提出针对性意见和建议,可供山洪灾害防治参考。

In order to comprehensively and accurately grasp the basic characteristics of rainstorm flood of small watershed in flood disaster threatened area in Guangning County,Zhaoqing City,to understand the current situation of flood control capacity,dangerous area classification and early warning indicators,to provide information support for flash flood disaster plan preparation,early warning and forecasting,group measurement and prevention,etc.,taking Lishu village as an example,for the sake of obtaining the analysis and evaluation results of flash flood disaster,this paper introduces the analysis and evaluation process of flash flood disaster,carries out the calculation of storm flood in small watershed,analyses the current flood control capacity and early warning indicators,divides dangerous areas. Combined with the actual situation of Guangning,targeted opinions and suggestions are put forward,it can be used as a reference for flash flood prevention and control.
