摘要 岩石磨蚀性指标(CAI)是反映盾构或TBM刀盘和刀具受磨损的重要参数,用以评价岩石的磨蚀特性。该文以珠江三角洲水资源配置工程为背景,对不同岩性岩石进行物理力学指标测试和磨蚀性(CAI)指标统计,通过对岩石结构、自然吸水率、天然容重、抗压强度与CAI值进行统计分析及相关性研究,得出结晶岩结构紧密,测得岩石CAI值大,其离散小,磨蚀等级高;沉积岩的结构松散多样,测得岩石CAI值小,且离散大,磨蚀等级小;自然吸水率与CAI值具有负相关性;天然容重与CAI具有正相关性;软质岩的抗压强度与CAI相关性不明显,硬质岩的抗压强度与CAI具有正相关性;软质岩石在不同含水状态下,其CAI值不同。 The rock abrasion index( CAI) is an important parameter to reflect the shield or TBM chipper disc and cutter,which is used to evaluate the abrasion characteristics of rock. In the context of the water resources of the Pearl River delta,we have obtained a large number of physical and mechanical indicators and abrasions on different litho logical rocks. Some statistical analysis are made to study the rock structure,natural water absorption,natural bulk density,compressive strength and( CAI) value,drawing that tight structure rock measured value is large and the abrasion level is high; The very loosely structured rock( CAI) measurements are small,discrete,and the abrasion level is small; The natural water absorption rate has a negative correlation with the( CAI) value; Natural bulk density has a positive correlation with CAI; The compressive strength of the soft rock and CAI relevance is not clear,and the strength of the hard rock is positively relevant with CAI; The soft rock has a different value in different water levels.
