火控训练模拟器的设计与开发

摘要 与其他机械设备不同,火控系统对操作人员技能的要求更高,实操训练也存在更高的危险性。针对火控操作人员训练的需求,应用半实物模拟技术、虚拟仪器与虚拟现实等技术研制了某舰炮火力自动控制系统模拟训练装置,根据人机工程学的原理设计了模拟操纵机构,采用CAN总线技术解决了模拟器的数据采集,综合运用实体建模、运动学仿真、场景优化等技术,开发了具有高沉浸感的视景软件系统。该系统解决了火控系统训练难以开展的难题,具有广阔的应用前景。 Being different from other mechanical equipment, fire control system requires higher skill of operator, and practical training is more dangerous.According to the demand of fire control operator training, the simulation training device of a shipborne gun fire automatic control system is developed by using hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology, virtual instrument and virtual reality technology. According to the principle of ergonomics, the simulation control mechanism is designed.The CAN bus technology is used to solve the data acquisition of the simulator, and a visual software system with high immersion is developed by using the techniques of entity modeling, kinematics simulation, scene optimization and so on.Has solved the difficult problem which the fire control system training is difficult to carry out, which has broad application prospect.
